With our dry hire service, you have the freedom to provide your own selection of beverages to be served from our sleek, fully equipped trailer. Whether you prefer craft beers, wines, cocktails, or non-alcoholic options, we can help design a drink menu that perfectly complements your event. To make beverage purchasing easy and cost-effective, we’ll also provide an inventory list with budget-friendly recommendations.

Dry hire means you are renting our equipment and supplying your own alcohol to serve from the trailer. We can also accommodate additional needs, such as bartending equipment, cocktail tables, bar counters, disposable cups, napkins, non-alcoholic beverages, and certified bartenders or pourers.

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event upon arrival. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event will result in a refund of 50% of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable.

Our trailer requires only a flat space at least 12 feet in length with accessible drive-in or towing access. No power or generator is needed. The trailer taps are versatile and can pour from either a half-barrel keg or a quarter-barrel keg—your choice!

Gas, delivery, setup, cleanup, and pickup fees are all included. As for tips or gratuity, if you'd prefer not to have a tip jar, we can arrange to add gratuity to the invoice. This can be customized based on your preference and the final guest headcount.

Our taps can pour just about anything! From wine, cold brew coffee, margaritas, and sangria to kombucha and champagne, we’ve got you covered. Yes, we are licensed and insured with general liability insurance. In addition, all of our tap attendants hold a Hawaii Alcohol Servers Certification as well. Our goal is to make your event as stress-free as possible, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
